As the Career Opportunities/Education Director of CBSHOME Real Estate, Monica Humpal provides real estate career guidance, direction and education to the entire organization including six sales offices with more than 400 sales associates.  Monica works closely with the President & CEO and the management team to execute programs and policies designed to increase sales and enhance customer service.

Monica began her career with CBSHOME in 1990.  A licensed real estate Associate Broker, Monica has served in various capacities in several organizations including Omaha Planning Board, TeamMates, Nebraska REALTORS® Association, Omaha Area Boards of REALTORS® and Women's Council of REALTORS®.
